USER INSIGHT STATEMENT
User needs and key insight: Mentees need an encouraging platform to find mentors because feelings of overwhelmingness and difficulty finding the information they need negatively impacts their decision to make their career switch.

Mentors need a platform that provides incentives based on experience and number of mentees, alongside helpful resources to provide motivation to keep mentoring and feel supported.

HOW MIGHT WE
POV statement: How might we combine the needs of mentees and mentors to create an encouraging and welcoming platform that provides proper incentives and support?
VALUE PROPOSITION
Mentorm is developing a mentor finding app to help mentors and mentees effectively connect with each other in order to help people pursue a new career path with guidance for a mentor already in that field.
We’re better because we offer personalized onboarding to help mentees filter through and find their perfect mentor.
We’re believable because we provide incentives for mentors to respond in a timely manner and gain a larger mentee base, by showcasing them in specialized ads at the forefront of our app.
